Jessica Montano

Jessica Montano is an experienced finance and operations professional with over 20 years of experience driving efficiency and supporting organizational growth. As the Manager of Finance and Business Services at Hobson Associates, she oversees key financial functions, streamlines business processes, and contributes to the firm's long-term success.

In addition to her role at Hobson Associates, Jessica has been the Office Manager at Technology Resources, Inc. for over 23 years, where she has honed her skills in accounting and human resources management. She also held a position at Graphic West Packaging Machinery, where she supported operations for more than two years.

Outside of her professional work, Jessica is deeply passionate about animal welfare, serving as the Director of Mainely Rat Rescue since 2019, and has previously volunteered with Monkey’s Pack, Inc., where she held leadership roles including Secretary, Director of Fundraising, and Events Coordinator.

Jessica Attended University of Connecticut and is known for her dedication, multi-tasking ability, and commitment to both professional growth and community service.
