Sam Novak

Sam is a Recruiting Consultant with Hobson Associates and a member of the firm’s Healthcare Technology Practice. He brings a unique combination of executive search, corporate talent acquisition, and business development experience to his work with clients and candidates.

Prior to joining Hobson, Sam built his career across search firm recruiting, corporate talent acquisition, and business development within the healthcare technology and digital health space. His recruiting experience includes identifying and attracting professional, executive, and key talent, including Director-level and C-suite positions, while managing the recruitment process from initial screening through offer and placement.

Sam has also worked closely with healthcare organizations and business leaders to develop relationships and support growth initiatives. His background across recruiting and business development gives him a strong understanding of both the talent acquisition process and the needs of growing healthcare technology organizations.

Sam takes a consultative, relationship-driven approach to recruiting, focusing on understanding an organization’s goals, identifying the right talent, and building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

A graduate of Miami University, Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology.
