Peter's wife is from Medellín, Colombia. To connect their children with their Colombian heritage, Peter learned Spanish, making it the primary language spoken at home. Now, all three kids are fluent!

Leveraging his 10+ years of industry experience, he excels at identifying and placing accomplished individuals who drive innovation and growth.
Peter's journey in recruitment began immediately after obtaining his master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology (MAIOP) from the University of New Haven. He refined his skills in the Manufacturing and Industrial space at Reitman Personnel and Complete Staffing Solutions. Though he briefly ventured into the Accounting and Finance sector with Ledgent/Roth Staffing, his unwavering passion for Manufacturing and Industrial ultimately led him to Hobson Associates.
As a former collegiate baseball player, Peter brings a team-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic to his professional endeavors. He applies the same dedication and strategic thinking to his recruitment role, ensuring a perfect match between candidates and companies.
Outside of his professional life, Peter is a devoted husband and father to three beautiful children. He is an ardent sports fan, proudly supporting the New York Yankees and New York Giants, and enjoys watching and coaching local youth baseball teams.
