Peter's wife is from Medellín, Colombia. To connect their children with their Colombian heritage, Peter learned Spanish, making it the primary language spoken at home. Now, all three kids are fluent!
Peter is a dedicated Aerospace & Defense recruiter specializing in connecting top engineering, operations, and leadership talent with innovative companies across the Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial Manufacturing sectors. With more than a decade of recruiting experience, he partners with organizations to build high-performing teams that drive innovation, production excellence, and strategic growth.
After earning his master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (MAIOP) from the University of New Haven, Peter launched his recruiting career at Reitman Personnel and Complete Staffing Solutions, focusing on Manufacturing and Industrial placements. He later expanded his expertise at Ledgent/Roth Staffing before joining Hobson Associates, where he now focuses on the Aerospace & Defense industry—helping clients attract and retain world-class professionals who advance critical technologies and missions.
A former collegiate baseball player, Peter applies a team-oriented mindset and competitive drive to his recruitment approach, ensuring every placement is a strong technical and cultural fit.
Outside of work, Peter is a devoted husband and father of three. He’s an avid sports fan, cheering for the New York Yankees and New York Giants, and enjoys coaching youth baseball.
