Maggie Dabb is a Life Sciences recruiting consultant at Hobson Associates, partnering with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences companies to find and attract top talent across the U.S.

Before joining Hobson, she recruited in the healthcare and biotechnology sectors, connecting specialized talent with organizations advancing medicine and science. Her experience includes technical and data-driven recruiting, along with talent needs across research and development, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and other key life sciences functions.

Maggie brings a relationship-driven, consultative approach to executive search and recruiting. She takes the time to understand each company's goals, culture, and hiring needs while getting to know what motivates each candidate, helping connect the right people with the right organizations for the long term.

She holds an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Genesee Community College and studied Environmental Design at the University at Buffalo.
