Justin began his career in ERP, IT, and Finance recruiting, gaining broad expertise placing engineers, MEP specialists, and technology professionals. This foundation gives him a deep understanding of manufacturing operations and A&D industries, enabling him to deliver precise talent solutions for critical roles and program teams.
Today, Justin’s focus is squarely on Manufacturing and Aerospace & Defense: from production and operations roles to engineering, program management, and technical leadership.
