Jennifer Millea is a Partner in Hobson Associates’ Staffing and Office Services Division, where she leads high-impact searches for Direct Hire, Contract Staffing, and Temporary roles across the Northeast and beyond. She partners with organizations in industries like Accounting & Finance, Office & Administrative Support, Clinical Healthcare, and Manufacturing—bringing unmatched dedication, market insight, and a people-first approach to every search.

A proud Hamden, CT native, Jennifer earned her B.A. in Legal Studies from Quinnipiac College. In 1993, she moved to Cheshire, where she’s developed deep roots in the community. From 2020 to 2024, she served on the Executive Board of the Cheshire Chamber of Commerce, where she remains actively involved on several committees. In 2021, she was honored as the Chamber’s “Member of the Year.”

Before joining Hobson Associates, Jennifer built a diverse career foundation—helping establish a legal department at a national firm, then transitioning into sales roles in title insurance and digital marketing. That broad background shaped her into the recruiter she is today: strategic, relatable, and relentlessly driven.

Jennifer married her high school sweetheart, Christopher, a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran. Together, they raised two sons—Matthew and Michael—both graduates of Marist College with degrees in Criminal Justice, and both now proudly serving in law enforcement in Connecticut.
