Since joining the Technology Practice at Hobson Associates in 1999, Jeff has been placing sales and marketing talent. Jeff has built the SCM practice for Hobson and is known industry-wide in Pricing and Revenue Optimization, Retail Software, Strategy and Management Consulting, Security Software, Virtualization, Cloud, SAAS, BPM, BI, Social Media, and Digital Advertising.

He’s had significant success placing senior management and sales management, individual sales contributors, pre-sales engineers, channels, alliances, and business development executives. Jeff has also filled many key marketing positions with technology clients including Vice President of Marketing and Director of Product Marketing and Product Management.

Jeff has a very straightforward, direct approach to scouring, assessing, and delivering talent that has produced incredible results for his clients. He feels this style and confidence earns the trust of his clients and his delivery of results earns him long-term partnerships.

Jeff was promoted to Equity Partner in 2005 and is a member of the Pinnacle Society, the premier consortium of top search professionals. Jeff currently holds company records for both the best quarter in company history, Q4 2014 and the best year in company history in 2011 breaking his own record from 2010. He has been Hobson’s Associate of the Year eight times in the past twelve years, and has lead the Hobson Team as their Top Producer for the past five years. Jeff was most recently promoted to Senior Partner at the Hobson Kick-Off 2013 meeting.

Prior to joining Hobson Associates, Jeff earned a BS from Bryant University and spent five years building sales organizations for national companies including Dial America Marketing.
