Camille Urbano

Camille wears a lot of hats at Hobson Associates, handling everything from digital marketing and social media to candidate sourcing, research, and recruiting support. She oversees the firm’s marketing efforts, creates content, and works closely with recruiters to help identify and connect with talent across Hobson’s practice areas.

Before joining Hobson, Camille was the Marketing and Social Media Coordinator for one of Central Connecticut’s largest independently owned real estate companies. She also has a background in the insurance industry, having worked as an Associate Property & Casualty Agent. Camille earned her bachelor’s degree from Central Connecticut State University.

In 2020, Camille received “The Jackie” (now known as “The Barb”), an annual award recognizing a Hobson team member who demonstrates excellence, integrity, and team spirit.
