As a Senior Partner in our Technology Practice, Bill helps technology companies at every stage hit their growth targets and build the teams to get there. He and his team are a partner you can scale with as you grow, saving the cycles of repeatedly finding new search partners at each stage.

As the leader of our Technology Recruiting Practice, Bill specializes in GTM executive hires, building pipeline, and growing revenue. He has directly placed over 350 candidates and maintains contacts across 800+ technology market vendors. Count on Bill being a text away from the industry's elite talent and leaders.

Joining Hobson in 1999, he quickly climbed the ranks, earning promotions to Associate and Senior Associate in his first year. In 2001, he won 'The Jackie' (now known as 'The Barb'), an award given to the staff member who best embodies the ideals of Hobson Associates. At the beginning of 2002, Bill was promoted to Partner, the second-youngest person to earn this position in the firm's history, and in 2012 was promoted to Senior Partner. Over the years, Bill has landed and managed some of the firm's largest retained clients.

Bill believes there is a big difference between motion and progress. When you work with him you quickly find that his focus is on measurable results versus activity. The bottom line is that Bill is a delivery guy. He forms long-term partnerships built on trust with both his clients and candidates, and approaches the business with a sense of responsibility and humor.
