With over a decade of industry experience, Peter has developed a strong track record of identifying high-performing talent in complex technical spaces. His journey into recruitment began immediately after earning his master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (MAIOP) from the University of New Haven. Since then, Peter has honed his craft at several respected firms, including Reitman Personnel and Complete Staffing Solutions, before ultimately finding his professional home at Hobson Associates.
