[Plantsville, CT – June 25, 2025] – Hobson Associates is thrilled to welcome Molly Hills as the newest Consultant on their Life Sciences recruiting team!
Molly specializes in recruiting top talent for innovative pharma, biotech, and CDMO companies, supporting organizations from preclinical through commercial stages. With a focus on both technical and commercial functions, she brings a sharp eye for talent and a strategic mindset to every search.
Molly began her recruiting career in 2022 and quickly found her stride. She spent 2.5 years working alongside Hobson’s own Alex Halsted, honing her skills on the candidate side before stepping into a full-desk role, where she gained valuable experience managing client relationships and full-cycle placements. Now at Hobson, she continues working closely with Alex, helping our Life Sciences partners build high-impact teams that fuel innovation and growth.

Molly holds a B.S. in Animal Science (Equine) from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Based in Minnesota, she lives on a hobby farm with her husband, where they care for two retired horses and several rescue animals. A lifelong animal lover, Molly is passionate about animal welfare and hopes to continue expanding her farm sanctuary.
