We have been retained to locate a Vice President of Sales for the Industrial Manufacturing, CPG, Retail verticals for growing a Pre-IPO SaaS business application Unicorn with a $5B+ valuation.

We have been retained to locate a Vice President of Sales for the Industrial Manufacturing, CPG, Retail verticals for growing a Pre-IPO SaaS business application Unicorn with a $5B+ valuation.
MY CLIENT:
- AI powered business application market leader that has grown from $50M to over $300M in under 6 years. 20% to 25% growth globally with 70% of that coming from North America
- Huge Clients including 30 of the Fortune 100.
- Large enterprise business application SaaS deals where the average ARR is about $700k with many well over $1M ARR.
- Looking for a hands-on Enterprise sales leader that has managed and built a complex value-based sales organization. Someone that can create a positive sales driven culture mentoring and supporting a 3-to-10-person North American Sales Organization.
- Looking for active leaders that will get involved in deals, customers/prospects, roll up their sleeves, on the street with their team, urgency, responsiveness, get stuff done kind of leader.
- Looking for someone that has recent experience focused on business applications (SCM, ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Looking for recent/relevant experience in the Industrial Manufacturing verticals like CPG, Retail, Automotive, Oil, Gas, Heavy Industrial, Energy, etc.
- Great comp plan for top talent in the $450k to $500k OTE range plus pre-IPO RSU’s. If making more, they may be flexible.
- Location: Remote anywhere in the US
