About the Role:
As an Executive Underwriter, you'll be a key player in the company's Underwriting Department. Your role will involve diverse responsibilities such as spearheading special projects, contributing to product development, creating forms and endorsements, conducting underwriting audits, supporting corporate initiatives, and providing training and mentorship to the underwriting team.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Boasts 10+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance.
• Brings a solid background in surplus lines.
• Excels in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrates exceptional mentoring and training abilities.
• Shows proficiency in research and project management.
