THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 7+ years of casualty underwriting with a carrier
- Expertise in loss-sensitive programs and financial analysis
- Deep knowledge of the Northeast market
- Strong broker/agent relationships and a strategic mindset
- A track record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing
- Ability to travel regionally as needed
