This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows high-power fiber lasers deeply and is ready to guide a small, high-performing team of engineers and scientists. You will stay close to the work, running experiments, solving complex technical problems, and shaping development, while also mentoring a group that is autonomous but needs strong direction and leadership.
We’re looking for someone with 8–15 years of experience in fiber laser design, testing, and analysis. MS or PhD in a related field preferred. Strong publication record and prior people management experience required. Permanent U.S. work authorization required.
