The Role
You'll own the full supply chain: procurement, supplier relationships, production planning, inventory, logistics, and a small team. Day-to-day you'll be in the weeds on open POs, supplier conversations, and cross-functional priorities - while keeping one eye on the bigger picture: KPIs, cost control, and building a supply chain that actually scales. Background in medical devices is a strong plus.
Who You Are
- 12+ years in manufacturing supply chain - you’ve navigated complex supply chains and know how to bring order.
- Degreed (Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or similar)
- Comfortable with ERP systems (they use Plex — full training provided)
- A coach as much as a manager; your team grows with you
- ISO 9001/13485 familiarity is a bonus
