Working closely with Executive Management, the Officer helps define and align short-term and long-term objectives. Additionally, the Officer oversees the internal reinsurance process, coordinating with company departments, external brokers, and reinsurers.

- A bachelor's degree in management, business administration, finance, or marketing is required.
- Over 10 years of experience in strategic planning, business management, corporate leadership, and financial decision-making.
- Extensive background in reinsurance.
- Proven expertise in analytical research, leadership, and strategic planning.
- High levels of creativity and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of management strategies, financial accounting, HR planning, customer relations, and technology implementation.
- Proficiency in public speaking and effective verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multitask and manage research projects, data analysis, and coordination with the executive team.
