- 9+ years of medical device manufacturing/process development experience
- Strong, hands-on experience developing and manufacturing complex catheters - required
- Experience with braiding, lamination, extrusion, laser welding or hot bonding
- Knowledge of PTFE, FEP, Pebax, nylon, polyurethane and polyimide
- Experience with process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), DOE and statistical analysis
- SolidWorks experience with fixture or equipment design is a plus
- Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available for this position
