Take ownership of plant supply chain operations for a global medical device manufacturer. This site leadership role offers broad responsibility, a seat on the Plant Leadership Team, and the opportunity to directly influence plant performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead S&OP, capacity planning, master production scheduling and MRP
- Oversee materials, procurement, inventory and supplier performance
- Manage warehousing, logistics, distribution and sterilization scheduling
- Optimize working capital, inventory levels, costs and service
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma
- Lead and develop the plant’s supply chain team
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of progressive supply chain/logistics leadership experience
- Strong manufacturing background
- Hands-on expertise in S&OP, MRP, MPS and inventory management
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Medical device experience is a plus, but not required
