What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all supply chain operations at the plant level
- Drive efficiency, cost savings, and process improvements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize product flow and availability
- Report directly to the Plant Manager and play a key role in strategic planning
- Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or similar
- 10+ years in supply chain leadership (manufacturing required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and SAP/APRISO skills
- Comfortable leading through change and ambiguity
