Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

We are partnered with a global MedTech leader seeking a Senior Manager to own Integrated Business Planning for a key business unit. This role sits directly in the executive operating rhythm, connecting product, demand, supply, and finance into one reconciled plan used to drive business decisions.
 
Role Impact

You’ll own the IBP process and its outcomes, driving the decisions it enables and the alignment it creates across the business:

• Driving the full IBP cycle across Portfolio, Demand, Supply, Integrated Reconciliation, and MBR
• Leading Integrated Reconciliation to surface gaps, constraints, and tradeoffs across functions
• Facilitating the Management Business Review as the executive decision forum for the business
• Ensuring Finance, Supply Chain, Product, and Demand operate from a single set of assumptions
• Resolving imbalances with clear recommendations and options for leadership
• Coaching IBP process owners and executive champions to strengthen discipline and accountability
• Continuously improving the cadence, inputs, and outputs of the IBP process

• 3+ years in IBP, S&OP, or demand/supply planning with true process ownership
• Experience leading executive-level reviews (MBR or equivalent)
• Strong cross-functional influence across Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance
• Ability to turn complex inputs into clear, structured decision options
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations required
• MBA preferred
• Power BI or similar analytics experience a plus
