We're partnering with a global manufacturer seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to join the plant leadership team at one of its flagship U.S. manufacturing facilities in Central Nebraska.

This is not an administrative HR role.
We're looking for someone who can influence senior leaders, challenge the status quo, develop talent, navigate complex employee relations, and help shape the future of a large manufacturing organization.
What We're Looking For
• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in manufacturing
• Strong employee relations background supporting both hourly and salaried employees
• Experience coaching plant managers and operational leaders
• Talent management, succession planning, organizational development, and change management expertise
• Experience partnering with operations in a large, complex manufacturing environment
