Join an established manufacturer and take ownership of the general ledger: reconciliations, month end and year end close, financial reporting, and audit support. You'll dig into the financials, spot opportunities to tighten processes, and partner closely with leadership across departments.
This is a hands-on role. You'll support budgeting and forecasting, maintain fixed assets, strengthen internal controls, and mentor junior staff along the way.
You'll need a Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field, plus 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong GAAP, financial reporting, ERP, and advanced Excel skills are a must. Manufacturing background is a plus; CPA or CMA is preferred.
