What You’ll Do:
- Lead cost accounting, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation
- Analyze production costs, labor, and overhead to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements
- Manage fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and capital expenditure tracking
- Oversee AP/AR and support month-end close
- Partner cross-functionally with teams across the organization on projects and reporting
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 3–5+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong ERP and Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of GAAP, inventory accounting, and standard cost systems
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
