They are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager with deep expertise in Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance within the workers’ compensation and claims environment.
- Lead workers’ compensation and claims compliance initiatives within the Corporate Compliance team.
- Manage a distributed team and ensure regulatory processes meet enterprise standards.
- Own the Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance program, including RRE ID management, reporting, oversight, and training.
- Monitor regulatory changes and communicate requirements and risks to internal stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally on compliance initiatives and support broader corporate compliance efforts.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Juris Doctor (or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Professional compliance or insurance designations preferred
- Hands-on Medicare Secondary Payer compliance experience (required)
- 7+ years of commercial insurance experience
- 7+ years of regulatory or compliance-related experience
- Strong understanding of workers’ compensation and claims operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Familiarity with Westlaw, LexisNexis, Wolters Kluwer, or similar tools preferred
- Excellent analytical judgment, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence internal stakeholders
- Proven people leadership experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
