A global CNC powerhouse with a serious legacy—and serious momentum—is looking for someone to take the reins in the Midwest.
They’re not slowing down: a $2M expansion kicks off in late summer 2025, growth is trending 20%+ year over year (and rising), and the Midwest region is wide open for someone ready to lead. As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll cover your assigned territory in the Midwestern U.S.—promoting top-tier CNC equipment, driving strategic sales initiatives, and strengthening key customer and distributor relationships. This role calls for someone with deep CNC machine tool expertise, a strategic mindset, and a talent for growing accounts and closing deals.
If you’ve got 5+ years in CNC machine tool sales, a track record of crushing it with OEMs or distributor networks, and you know how to balance independence with team play, this could be a big step up. Bonus points for a bachelor’s degree, Excel skills that don’t need Googling, and a willingness to travel.
The package? Strong base, uncapped commissions, full benefits, 401K, generous PTO—all the good stuff.
If this sounds like your kind of challenge, give me a ring: 203.439.7807.
