R&D Engineer

You’ll work on developing and optimizing optical fiber fabrication processes, running experiments, building and improving measurement systems, analyzing data, troubleshooting technical challenges, and collaborating with teams across multiple locations.

If you have a master’s or PhD in physics, materials science, or engineering, along with experience in research, process development, or manufacturing, this could be a great fit.
