We’re on the hunt for a Quality Systems Engineer to help their fiber optics business shine! You’ll keep processes smooth, ensure products meet top standards, drive system improvements, oversee ISO and AS9100 certifications, manage CAPA and Change Control, lead audits, tackle tricky quality challenges, and run training programs to share your know-how.
Candidates with a Bachelor’s in engineering (or related field), 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing quality control experience, a love for problem-solving, and a knack for teamwork will thrive here. Strong hands-on experience with quality tools like Six Sigma, Lean, and Statistical Process Control is required.
