Quality Manager

We're partnered with a globally respected manufacturer in Hartford County supporting highly regulated markets, and we're seeking a Quality Manager. This is not a maintenance role -- you'll own the ISO 13485 / AS9100 QMS end-to-end, drive continuous improvement, and partner directly with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve yield, reduce risk, and elevate product quality.

This is a hands-on leadership position in a high-mix, high-complexity environment with exposure across CAPA, NCR/MRB, audits, supplier quality, and NPI. If you enjoy digging into root cause and making a measurable impact, this is the kind of role where that work gets noticed.

They're looking for someone with 8+ years in Quality and 3+ in leadership, with strong experience in QMS ownership, CAPA, and root cause analysis. Validation experience is required. Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR 820, supplier quality programs, and eQMS/MES systems is a plus.
