As Quality Engineer, you’ll stay close to the manufacturing floor while owning key systems like ISO 9001, CAPA, and root cause analysis using tools such as 8D, FMEA, and Gage R&R. You’ll partner with engineering, operations, and suppliers to tighten processes, reduce variation, and support new product introductions.
We’re looking for someone with 1-3 years of quality engineering experience, strong hands-on quality tool knowledge, and ISO 9001 familiarity. An associate’s degree or equivalent is needed-but what matters most is curiosity, accountability, and a natural drive to improve things.
