What You’ll Be Doing:

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Establish, document, and optimize injection molding processes
- Perform mold trials, samplings, and pilot runs
- Collaborate with engineering on new mold designs and tooling evaluations
- Recommend automation and equipment to reduce labor costs
- Maintain scientific molding process files and machine specs
- Train and support team members on molding applications and performance
- Your own tools (must-have)
- Solid knowledge of injection molding equipment and mold handling
- Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and inspection tools
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs (occasionally more)
- Motivated, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
- Formal processing training and hands-on setup experience
