As the Process Engineer, you’ll be responsible for evaluating, developing, and refining manufacturing processes to improve safety, throughput, yield, and cost. You’ll collaborate with teams across engineering, purchasing, and production to lead continuous improvement projects, train operators, and standardize best practices. From designing tooling to streamlining workflows, your technical insight will help shape the future of our operation.
We’re looking for:
A hands-on engineer with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or electronics, strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001:2015 (ISO 13485 a plus), and expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and CAD tooling/fixture design. Must be ITAR compliant (U.S. citizen or green card holder) and thrive on the production floor in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
