About the Middle Market Multiline Production Underwriter role:

The Ideal Candidate Has:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience; advanced designations (CPCU, CIC) preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in commercial lines sales and underwriting with a proven sales track record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical expertise in commercial insurance sales and underwriting.
- Proficiency in agency prospecting, planning, and performance accountability
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with the assigned territory and its competitors.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
