If you’re the engineer who walks onto a production floor and immediately sees ways to make things better, this could be a great fit!
Join an established manufacturer where you’ll work hands-on with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to improve processes, reduce scrap and cycle times, troubleshoot issues, and find those low-hanging opportunities that make a real difference.
This is a true floor-focused role. You’ll analyze production data, improve processes and standard work, support equipment and tooling improvements, and help drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You bring a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, plus 3–7 years of manufacturing experience. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, Lean/Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and experience with CAD and ERP systems are important. You’re hands-on, analytical, collaborative, and always looking for a better way to do things.
You’ll receive a competitive salary + bonus, benefits package and the chance to make a visible impact in a stable manufacturing environment.
