Manufacturing Process Engineer
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus, Plus $5,000 at 6 Months

I'm partnering with a leading manufacturer to find a hands-on Manufacturing Process Engineer who thrives on solving problems on the production floor, improving equipment, and driving continuous improvement.
This is a great fit for an engineer who wants to be where the action is. You'll spend most of your time supporting production, troubleshooting equipment, implementing process improvements, and leading projects that boost safety, quality, capacity, and cost.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead manufacturing process and equipment improvement projects from concept through implementation.
- Troubleshoot and optimize high-speed automated manufacturing equipment.
- Design and modify tooling, fixtures, and mechanical components.
- Support capital equipment installations and process improvements.
- Partner with Maintenance, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Develop technical drawings using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software.
- Spend 70%+ of your time on the manufacturing floor supporting production.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for making processes safer, more reliable, and more efficient.
Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with an additional $5,000 paid after six months.
