What You’ll Be Doing:

- Leading machine upgrades, process improvements, and capital project implementation
- Overseeing modification, adjustment, removal, and installation of new or existing equipment
- Recommending and implementing capital equipment or process modifications
- Providing technical training to production teams and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinating with vendors, engineering teams, and plant staff to ensure project success
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years in a high-speed manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with synchronous and asynchronous assembly systems, cam-operated machinery, pneumatic and servo-controlled equipment,
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing with a focus on continuous improvement
- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) preferred
- Proven ability to lead equipment installation, debugging, and technical training
