About the Role:

The Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years in P&C insurance, with extensive Surplus Lines experience required
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and mentor staff
- Advanced knowledge of insurance principles and regulations
- Strong research and project management skills
- BS/BA preferred in business, finance, or marketing
