They are hiring a Manager of Product Development to oversee commercial insurance product filings and coordinates product management services for affiliated companies within the Product Management and Development team.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial lines filings and insurance operations; experience with operating companies, general agents, or program managers preferred
- Strong understanding of regulatory processes, including state Departments of Insurance and filing tools (FilingRamp a plus)
- Experience with systems like SERFF, APCIA, FMCSA, ISONet, Mozart, NCCI, ODEN, and ReferenceConnect
- Proven leadership with a focus on regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Ability to travel as needed
