Your Role:
Reporting to the VP of Operations, you’ll lead a 17-person team—including a hands-on supervisor—and focus on strategic maintenance leadership. You’ll drive safety, reliability, budgeting, capital projects, and compliance with OSHA PSM standards, while continuously improving equipment performance and plant uptime. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a forward-thinking leader who’s ready to make a significant impact at a world-class manufacturing facility
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering preferred.
- 10+ years of related experience, preferably in manufacturing (chemical background is a plus).
- Strong experience with pumps and valves is essential.
- Deep knowledge of maintenance planning, reliability engineering, and mechanical integrity.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and industry standards (API 510, 570, 653).
