As the Learning and Development Manager, you'll lead training programs that ensure compliance, foster growth, and promote continuous improvement and leadership development across the plant.
- Lead plant training programs, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
- Assess training needs and collaborate on program design.
- Develop onboarding, technical, and leadership training materials.
- Evaluate and improve training effectiveness.
- Support career development and align training with company goals.
- Bachelor's in HR, Organizational Management, or Business.
- 1-3 years leading L&D in manufacturing.
- Servant leadership and Lean manufacturing experience.
- Skilled in instructional design, problem-solving, and project management.
- Familiarity with LMS and training technologies.
