As part of their continued growth, they are hiring an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join their team.

Role Overview:
As the Learning and Development Manager, you'll lead training programs that ensure compliance, foster growth, and promote continuous improvement and leadership development across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead plant training programs, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
  • Assess training needs and collaborate on program design.
  • Develop onboarding, technical, and leadership training materials.
  • Evaluate and improve training effectiveness.
  • Support career development and align training with company goals.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's in HR, Organizational Management, or Business.
  • 1-3 years leading L&D in manufacturing.
  • Servant leadership and Lean manufacturing experience.
  • Skilled in instructional design, problem-solving, and project management.
  • Familiarity with LMS and training technologies.
