Inside Broker - Environmental

What You'll Do
As an Inside Broker, you'll be the engine behind placing environmental business with retail agents and brokers. Your primary focus will be Environmental Professional Liability, including E&O and Contractors Pollution Liability, marketing, quoting, binding, and negotiating terms across accessible markets. You'll manage and grow a book of business, ensure submission accuracy, monitor account compliance, and build strong relationships with retail agents who are your clients, not your competition.

• What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent insurance designation
• 3+ years of wholesale insurance experience
• Active insurance license in corresponding lines
• Solid understanding of environmental or specialty lines, policy analysis, and risk profiles
• Sharp, relationship-driven, and able to move business efficiently from submission to bind
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively, recognize industry trends, and incorporate them into your strategy
• Willingness to maintain a travel schedule as needed
