We’re looking for a self-motivated engineer or scientist with fiber experience who thrives on full project ownership. At the draw tower, you’ll experiment, troubleshoot, shape next-generation hollow core fiber, and mentor others. You won’t just support products; you’ll drive innovation, improve scalability, and tackle tough problems that make a real impact.
We want someone curious, hands-on, and eager to learn—a go-getter with a PhD or MS in Physics, Materials Science, or a related field, with experience in fiber draw or preform fabrication, ready to dive into fiber R&D and manufacturing. Candidates must be permanent residents or authorized to work in the U.S.
