In the role of Field Superintendent – Modernization, you’ll oversee modernization projects from the field, lead skilled crews, and keep multiple jobs moving safely, efficiently and on schedule. From coordinating labor, materials and jobsite logistics to working with customers and internal teams, you’ll have a direct hand in keeping projects on track and delivering quality results.
We’re looking for a bachelor’s degree (preferred) OR 3 years of technical experience in the elevator industry or a related field. Elevator/escalator installation and service experience, along with experience supervising a unionized workforce, are a plus. Strong communication skills and computer proficiency are key; Microsoft Office and SAP experience are preferred.
