In the role of Field Superintendent- Modernization, you’ll oversee modernization projects from the field, lead skilled crews, and keep multiple jobs moving safely, efficiently and on schedule. From coordinating labor, materials and jobsite logistics to working with customers and internal teams, you’ll have a direct hand in keeping projects on track and delivering quality results.
We’re looking for 5+ years of elevator, vertical transportation or related technical leadership experience, along with experience managing tradespeople and multiple projects. Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills are key. Modernization and project management experience are a plus.
