What You’ll Do
- Drive new business across environmental lines (contractors pollution, site liability, etc.)
- Advise clients on environmental risks and structure tailored coverage solutions
- Negotiate terms with carrier partners
- Build and maintain relationships with retail agencies nationwide
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in commercial insurance brokerage or underwriting, with specific, demonstrated exposure to environmental, pollution, or energy coverages
- Active P&C license required
- Strong sales drive, competitive mindset, and comfort in a performance-based role
- Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule; hybrid (2–3 days in office when not in the field)
- Environmental consultants with client-facing or sales experience are strongly encouraged to apply
