Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Engineer

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and influence safety and sustainability initiatives across the site.
• Serve as deputy EHS Leader when needed.
• Provide technical expertise on projects, new equipment, and operational safety programs.
• Partner with teams to investigate incidents, implement improvements, and hit sustainability targets.
• Represent the site with authorities and insurance partners on technical matters.
• Help shape a positive, proactive safety culture across all levels

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering, or related field (non-engineering degrees may qualify for EHS Specialist).
• 3–5 years in manufacturing or industrial environments, with EHS project experience preferred.
• Strong communicator and influencer, able to lead teams and build trust across functions.
• Knowledgeable in safety and environmental regulations, hazard evaluation, and mitigation.
• Comfortable in a matrixed organization and virtual project teams.
• High energy, resilient, self-directed, and passionate about continuous improvement.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
