A global CNC powerhouse with a serious legacy—and serious momentum—is looking for someone to take the reins out West.
They’re not slowing down: a $2M expansion kicks off in late summer 2025, growth is tracking at 20%+ year over year (and climbing), and the West is wide open for someone who can lead, inspire, and grow business across 20+ states. You’d be managing a tight regional team up to 4 reps, working closely with engineering, and building deep relationships with OEMs and distributors. It’s not a desk job—it’s for someone who knows how to sell advanced CNC tools, can develop strategy, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
If you’ve got 7+ years in CNC machine tool sales, real leadership chops, and a passion for tech and customers, this could be a big step up. Bonus points for a bachelor's degree, Excel skills that don’t need Googling, and a willingness to travel.
