What You Bring
- Customer service experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment is a must.
- Confidence handling complex issues
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organization
- Cross-functional collaboration
- CRM & MS Office savvy (Epicor a bonus)
- Bachelor’s preferred
- Leadership/supervisory experience a plus
