Colleagues define us. We are the average of the five people we spend the most time with. So who are you five closest friends or colleagues? Surround yourself with people who are better than you and you will get better.
Don’t be THAT Salesperson. The one who made a name for him/herself by being a hunter, unafraid of cold calls and new accounts. The one who saw objections as a challenge. The one who saw the Entitled People as sad and weak and pathetic. The one who doesn’t kid him/herself about the quality of their pipeline.
On September 30th, The Hobson Associates team gathered at Hawk’s Landing Country Club for Kick Off 2012. There was much to celebrate as the team posted a record year of sales achievement for 2011.
